As Promised
Well, it is quite wet here. I think that it has rained almost every day this past week (at least for part of the day) and the ground has become very saturated. There is so much standing water that I am very surprised that there are not more mosquitos. Perhaps I have just been hardened to mosquitos by living in Winnipeg. The path to my little house is rather soppy and I always wear boots to and from it now, otherwise I risk getting wet feet and wet socks. It doesn't really feel like July weather yet but we are all hoping that it is coming soon. The pigs are especially enjoying all the wet because it makes lovely large mud puddles for them to splash in. I think that every time I go to feed them I get a new mud smear on my pants.

It looks like you have a cozy space to live in. I especially like the color of the walls and the rubber boots by the door. Even two windows for a cross draft to cool it down. What can you see from the windows?
